Professional Property Rentals was established by husband and wife team, Kurt and Kaylyn.  

Kurt & Kaylyn have a passion (obsession) for real estate.  Over the last 20 years they have completed over 30 renovations and established a substantial property portfolio. Real Estate investment has enabled them to also pursue their second passion....travel.  Combining these two passions has resulted in them providing successful and popular short term stay accommodation in their own properties and others.  


Together they have extensive experience in property maintenance, renovation, project management, home styling, travel, hospitality and bookkeeping.  These skills allow them to not only know what guests want but also provide peace of mind for landlords by knowing first hand what landlords want and expect.
