Many different types of properties are suitable, depending on location, facilites and nearby attractions.  Houses, townhouses, apartments, granny flats, houseboats, yurts. There are many properties that fit our business model.  Contact us now for a free appraisal.

What Locations Do you Search for?

We focus on Regional NSW.  Our current areas of expertise are Goulburn (Southern Tablelands), Batemans Bay (South Coast) and everywhere inbetween.

However with the Managers and Systems we have in place we can manage properties anywhere in Australia as long as it fits our business model.

Why Rent to you Rather than a Normal Tenant?

  • We are as concerned about your property as you.  We are professionals and need to keep your property in 5 Star pristine condition!
  • We inspect, clean and maintain your property on a weekly basis.
  • We have a strict, No Parties, Pets or Smoking Policy on all of our properties.
  • Less wear and tear on your property - Guests staying in short term stays are usually staying for a particular purpose (e.g. visit family, attend an event, work etc.)  and they therefore actually spend less time at home then regular tenants.
  • Weekly inspections mean any maintenance issues are picked up immediately before they become a major problem.

What about Insurance and Damge to the Property?

We personally screen all our guests before accepting bookings and all guest have to agree to strict rules which greatly reduces the chance of damage.

However as we all know accidents can and do happen.  In the unlikely event  that there is an incident, we take out specific insurance (including Public Liability) that cover short term stays. We can provide you with a certificate of currency on request.

What if we have a Property Manager?

That's no problem at all.  We are happy to work with Real Estate Agents or with you direct.  The choice is yours.

Is it Legal?

As long as the owner of the property (& strata/body corporate if applicable) have agreed, any property can be rented to us.  Details are noted in the special terms of the tenancy agreement and appropriate insurances are in place at all times to protect all parties.
